Method
- Combine all the dressing ingredients in a jar, shake well and set aside. You may need a little extra water if you prefer a thinner dressing.
- In a large bowl, add the salad ingredients and toss with the olive oil, lemon juice and salt.
- Massage the salad well and allow to stand for ½ hour.
- Transfer salad to a serving bowl and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Shake the dressing well again and pour over.
- Serve and enjoy.
