Mega Iron Smoothie

Method

  1. Boil, steam or roast beetroot for about 30-40 minutes or until cooked. Cool and dice into small pieces.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend well until mixture is smooth and free from lumps.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy your iron-packed smoothie!

Extra Notes

Best served chilled for a more refreshing smoothie.
