Prepare and layer the salad ingredients one at a time into a jar.

Continue until the jar is filled to the top.

Seal with a lid to take on the go, or tip upside down onto a plate to serve at home.

For the dressing, in jar, combine 4 tablespoons of Sesame oil, 4 tablespoons of Tamari or soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and a teaspoon of sweetener of your choice. Shake the jar well.

Shake well and drizzle over the salad just before eating.
