Happy Weight Chocolate Cookies
A healthy, high-protein version of your all-time favourite chocolate chip cookies!


  1. Pre-heat oven to 180℃. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Place all the dry ingredients in a large bowl except for the chocolate chips and nuts. Mix well. In a separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix well to form the cookie dough.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts until evenly distributed.
  5. Use a teaspoon to scoop a small amount of cookie dough onto the baking tray. Press down gently to spread a little.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes and allow cookies to cool before removing from baking tray. Enjoy!

Extra Notes

An organic dark chocolate bar (chopped into pieces) may be substituted for the chocolate chips.

Cautiously optimistic!

Finished my powder have been feeling ok no HRT for 10 days so very early.
