Ingredients

• Mixed Green salad leaves, tightly packed 2 cups
• Sprouts such as broccoli, sunflower, snowpea or alfalfa 1 cup
• Cucumber chopped 1 medium
• Avocado cubed 1 large
• Chia Seeds 1 tbsp
• Sunflower Seeds 1 tbsp
• Pumpkin Seeds 1 tbsp
• Curley Parsley fresh, to serve 1 tbsp
• Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
• Raw Apple Cider Vinegar 1/8 cup
• olive oil cold, pressed 1/4 cup
• Wholegrain Mustard 1/2 heaped tbsp
• Himalayan pink salt and pepper to taste 1/4 tsp

This easy to make salad is highly alkaline and provides phytonutrients to assist in balancing hormone levels. The avocado and olive oil provide the building blocks for healthy hormone production, and, when consumed regularly in combination with a healthy lifestyle, will assist to balance your hormones naturally.

Method

1. Place all ingredients for the salad in a large salad bowl and toss until combined.
2. In a medium screw-top jar, shake up ingredients for the dressing until smooth. Pour over salad, toss thoroughly and top with fresh parsley to serve.
3. Note: as a main meal - if you need more protein, serve with 150g of grilled fish or chicken.
